So, here we are! After hours of finagling with it, the website is nearly complete. It needs a few things to help flesh it out, but I think it’s serviceable for now.
It’s kind of exciting. I don’t know how my sales will fare — I don’t expect too much! But I’m happy to be finally, finally putting myself out there.
I wrote In Life, In Death sometime in 2016. I liked it, but I knew it needed edits and I was floundering. I wasn’t going to do much with it, except maybe daydream about possibly posting it somewhere.
And then I started writing Under His Heel. I lovingly call this story my “monster”: 100k+ words of idficcy goodness. I believe I wrote the first draft from the end of November 2016 until sometime in May or June. I was fired up! And it felt like such an accomplishment. Up until that point, the longest thing I had ever completed was a 50k fanfic.
If you read Under His Heel while it was being serialized, thank you so much. I appreciated all the comments, and they really kept me going. Not to mention that so much of the story developed because of the comments I received.
The updated version that you will find for sale has some extra scenes, has been edited for all my horrible typos and repetitions, and has also been beta read by a friend who is absolutely amazing. Also, it’s all in one file, so you don’t need to jump around 100+ links.
