I’m very sorry about the relative silence on my end. There’s been a lot going on in my life right now, and I’m using my extra energy to focus on writing/getting things done and not having much left for anything else.
So, how are things going for writing?
Under His Heel: A Kidnapping
My beta got back to me on this and it looks like there are a few more edits to be done than I expected. I’m also working on getting a cover done, which I hope to complete sometime this weekend. We’ll see! My goal is to be able to put it up for pre-order. Hopefully it’ll be available for sale by the end of June.
A Coward, A Warrior (Saga of the City By the Flowers #2)
First draft of this is done, and I’ve heard from a few beta readers so there will be a few things to expand on in this. But I’ll be very excited to get it done, because that means I can write a few short stories featuring one of my favorite characters from this second book. I’ve uploaded the cover and an excerpt here.
Other projects
I’m working on a longer novel too! A fantasy novel with assassins and dukes. Some kinks that look like they’ll be making it in here: D/s, pseudo incest, daddy kink, a lot of hair-brushing, mind control, bondage… and there might even be a semblance of plot 😉
I loved Under His Heel and I must admit that I am really keen to read the sequel. Interesting that the excerpt is from Trachts point of view. However, I quite understand that life gets busy sometimes and you should totally focus on what you need to do for yourself, we’ll survive. In the mean time I might just read Under His Heel again.
